What Is Jiyanna OS?
Jiyanna OS is a care consultancy offering an innovative and alternative approach for care providers
In 2018, I registered a company, Jiyanna OS with a vision that wasn’t fully clear at the time. I knew I wanted to build something big. Something that could manage complex systems the way Windows or iOS manage our devices.
I called it Jiyanna OS. OS stood for Operating System.
Back then, the idea was vague. I didn't know how to build it, and I didn’t have a roadmap.
But looking back from 2025, I can say the vision was always there. Even though I hadn’t planned every step, the path unfolded. And now, I am standing exactly where I hoped to be.
A System Built Over Time
Jiyanna OS is not a single product. It is the sum of my past start-ups and years of market research. Each attempt brought me closer to what this platform needed to become. What I have now is a complete operating system for care providers.
Here’s how it came together:
JiyannaCare: A staff recruitment platform built with flexibility at its core.
MeetMyBrian: A visitor management system created during Covid. It was designed as a place for families and care homes to connect and share feedback.
CareScore: A tool focused on supervision and performance, built around real actions and real feedback from staff.
Care Wizard: An AI-based frontline assistant that helps with documentation, safeguarding, and reflection.
These platforms are not just for care homes. They also work for the domiciliary care sector. Over time, I began to address both.
From Failure to Focus
Like many founders, I made every mistake in the book. But even with the failures, there were moments of success. More importantly, the core vision never went away.
Recently, I began to bring everything together. All the previous work, tools, and insights are now being shaped into one system. That system is Jiyanna OS.
Starting Simple: The First Tool
Our first offering under Jiyanna OS is a care plan audit tool. It comes with care consultancy support for providers. We are starting simple. Just audits.
This audit was originally planned under my project Care Wizard. It was a dedicated space for care staff to engage with artificial intelligence once it became available to the public.
I wanted to create a safe environment where people could interact with emerging technologies without compromising data protection.
At that time, I could not take the project very far.
Later, when Jiyanna OS began to take shape, I explored care plan audits more deeply. I spoke with my network, including people who were interested in consultancy work and those with experience in it.
Who Is Jiyanna OS For?
Right now, Jiyanna OS, in its initial phase, will function as a care consultancy. It will support domiciliary and care home providers by using emerging technology to analyse care plans and ensure documentation is compliant.
From there, as we identify gaps and respond to their needs, the rest of the ecosystem will start to unfold. The technology, the expertise, and the clarity will all be integrated under Jiyanna OS. That is what will truly make it an operating system for the care sector.
Jiyanna OS is for care providers who want to reduce guesswork. It’s for teams who want to build trust, do the right thing, and not feel overwhelmed by complexity.
This is not just about care consultancy or software. It is about doing care better.
